Questions, answered.
Who can get a card?
It depends on the cardholder's country and on their verification. Tell us where your users are and we will confirm what your programme can offer them before you launch.
Are physical cards available everywhere?
No. Virtual cards come first. Physical cards and mobile wallets are offered where available for the cardholder's country.
How does a card spend from a stablecoin balance?
When a purchase comes in, we check it against the cardholder's balance and your programme rules in real time. If it is approved, the amount settles from that balance.
Can the card carry my brand?
Yes. The card, the app and the statements show your brand. Your design goes through approval before the first cards are issued.
What can I do with a card after it is issued?
Freeze and unfreeze it, replace it if it is lost, cancel it, change its limits and read its transaction history, all by API. Disputes are raised and tracked the same way.
